BA (SOCIOLOGY)
A Bachelor of Arts in Sociology provides students with a deep understanding of society and social interactions. The curriculum focuses on the study of human behavior, culture, social institutions, and their impact on individuals and communities. Students learn to analyze social problems and develop solutions to improve the lives of individuals and communities. The program also emphasizes research methods, data analysis, and critical thinking skills. They can also continue their education in graduate programs in sociology or related fields.
Eligibility for Admission
Candidates who have passed (Eligible for Higher Studies) the HSE of the Kerala State Board of Higher Secondary Examination or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto are eligible.
