To ensure a smooth and informed beginning for newly appointed faculty members, Don Bosco College, Mampetta conducted an orientation programme titled “Getting Started” on 28th May 2025.
The sessions introduced faculty to the core principles of the Don Bosco educational system, institutional expectations, administrative procedures, mentoring responsibilities, FYUGP curriculum, IQAC functions, and examination guidelines. Resource persons from the management and academic teams led insightful and engaging sessions throughout the day.
The orientation served as a meaningful platform to welcome new educators into the Don Bosco community and prepare them to contribute effectively to academic excellence and holistic student development
